User categories

Categories organize priorities for booking shared spaces or released fixed spaces.

Enterprise categories

Create a category

  1. Go to Enterprise -> Categories.
  2. Complete the category name, for example Directors, Management, Employees, or Visitors.
  3. Define the priority. Priority is used together with rules to decide who can take certain spaces.
  4. Save the category.
  5. Assign the category to users from Enterprise -> Users.
